Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. The first return of each order is free within mainland Spain.
Step 01
Request the return
Sign in, pick the order and select the items you want to return or exchange for another size.
Step 02
Pack it up
Reuse the original box, stick on the label we email you and seal the parcel.
Step 03
Drop it off
Leave it at any pickup point in the network, or book a home collection (€3.95).
Conditions
- Items must keep their tags and must not have been worn or washed.
- Swimwear is only accepted with the hygiene sticker intact.
- Personalised items and gift cards cannot be returned.
- A second return of the same order costs €3.95, deducted from the refund.
Refunds and exchanges
- We check the parcel within 48 h of it reaching the warehouse.
- The refund goes to the original payment method in 3-5 working days.
- Size exchanges are shipped free of charge, subject to availability.
- If the item arrived faulty, write to us and we handle everything, collection included.
