What data we process and why
- Account data (name, email, hashed password): to identify you and give you access to your orders. Basis: performance of the contract.
- Order data (address, phone, items, amount): to prepare, ship and invoice your purchase. Basis: performance of the contract.
- Newsletter email: to send you news, only if you subscribe. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Browsing data: to understand in aggregate how the store is used. Basis: your consent, managed from the cookie notice.
Who we share it with
Only with whoever is needed for your order to arrive: the carrier, the payment gateway and the hosting provider. We do not sell data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the period required by tax rules. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or port it elsewhere. Just write to the contact email. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Security
The store runs over an encrypted connection and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
