These terms govern purchases made in the Solenne online store. By placing an order you accept what is explained here.
Who sells
Products in this store are sold by Solenne, registered at calle Ejemplo 1, 08001 Barcelona, contact email hola@solenne.com.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated before you confirm the order and shown separately.
Availability is checked at the time of purchase. If an item sells out between adding it to your bag and confirming, we let you know and refund that line.
How the order is formed
The contract is formed when you receive the confirmation email with your order number. Until then you can change or cancel from your bag.
Payment
We accept card, bank transfer and whatever methods are offered at checkout. Card details are handled directly by the payment gateway: the store does not store them.
Shipping
We prepare orders Monday to Friday. The estimated time appears on each product page and is confirmed in the shipping email, along with the tracking number.
Returns and withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. The procedure is described on the returns and exchanges page.
Warranty
Garments carry the statutory warranty for lack of conformity. If you receive a faulty item, write to us and we arrange collection.
Complaints and applicable law
You can send any complaint to our contact email. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
